These are the terms for using Nutstack. They are short because the service is simple. By signing in or playing you agree to them.
1. Play money only
Play-money only. Chips have no cash value and nothing is ever bought, sold, or wagered here. Nutstack does not accept deposits, does not pay out, does not hold funds, and does not facilitate wagering of any kind. The chips and the ledger are a scorekeeping tool for your own group. Any arrangement you make with other players about what a chip is worth is made outside this site, is entirely between you, and is your responsibility — including making sure it is legal where each of you lives.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must not use Nutstack where doing so is unlawful.
3. Your account
You sign in through Auth0 with an identity provider of your choice. You are responsible for that account and for everything done at a table under it. One person, one account: do not let others act for you or act for others.
4. At the table
Do not harass other players, do not use bots or scripts to act for you, do not exploit bugs, and do not try to see cards you have not been dealt. The person who creates a room is its game master; they control the stakes, may approve or refuse buy-ins in hardcore mode, and may end the game. Sitting down at their table means accepting their calls.
5. Rooms are temporary
A room closes after 30 minutes with no action, when the game master ends it, or if the service restarts. When a room closes, everyone seated is cashed out at their current chip count and no further hand is dealt. The hand history and ledger for the room remain available on the Game history page. We do not guarantee that a room will stay open, and a room that closes mid-session is not a fault we compensate for — there is nothing of value to compensate.
6. The service as it is
Nutstack is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change it, suspend it, or shut it down at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Since no money passes through the service, our total liability to you is limited to nothing.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Nutstack at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will move. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
